Cutlers got its start in 1926 when Duke Cutler opened a bar in the California Gold country town of Angels Camp. After running a few speakeasies, and moving a few times, the great grandson, Ian Cutler, opened a distillery in 2013 using age-old recipes right here in Santa Barbara. Today Cutler’s serves a wide variety of beverages - beer, wine and your favorite cocktails, sodas. Of course, they sell hand-made whiskey, bourbon, vodka and gin all distilled on site.

As a public house, they have a full kitchen offering a large food menu of local BBQ, burgers, pulled pork chicken etc.

Cutler’s is in a quonset hut in the industrial east side, with free street parking.
