French Cooking at Bree'Osh

Bree'Osh is a French artisan bakery in Montecito where we will learn the basics of making Croque Monsieur from the convivial French owners Pierre and Nelly.

During the demonstration, Pierre will demonstrate, in beautifully accented English, the making of a Croque Monsieur sandwich. We will enjoy local Sanford wine and Toasted Brioche with Paté de Compagne and Boursin cheese then sit on the patio and enjoy Croque Monsieur with mixed green salad and finish with chocolate, raspberry dessert and vanilla ice cream. Come and mingle with fellow Newcomers while we learn the basics of this classic French specialty and relax while enjoying dinner and rosé and sauvignon blanc wines.

Don't worry, French not required (but you do need to be able to say "Merci".)
