Striders Track Workout: Thursdays 6:00 PM
The Striders are trying a new Thursday night track work out. If there is enough interest we will continue it.
Meet at the Santa Barbara City College track (map) at 6:00 PM for about an hour of informal track workout. Leadership will give you suggestions for your workout that you can adapt to your fitness and motivational level.
Stay hydrated; bring water!
Track work is one of the best ways to improve your running or walking speed and form, increase your level of fitness, and burn calories faster.
