The most popular way to join the Santa Barbara Newcomers Club is by attending our monthly Information Meeting for Prospective New Members at the Canary Hotel in downtown Santa Barbara.
You will have the opportunity to meet current and prospective members and get answers to all your questions from our Welcoming Committee. Bring your PayPal account or credit card and you’ll be able to join immediately and begin making friends and attending activities.
Information Meetings are held at 7:00pm on the first Monday of each month (If the first Monday falls on a holiday, we meet the second Monday).
Qualifications to Being a Member
- You live in Carpinteria, Summerland, Montecito, Santa Barbara, Goleta and the parts of SB County within the immediate area.
- You have moved to the Santa Barbara area within the last 18 months.
- You plan to live in the Santa Barbara area for at least six months of the year.
